Edwyn Ralph Fete - The weather was kind on Sunday, July 27, cool and dry. Jean and David Harrison allowed the use of the grounds at Ralph Court. It looked spectacular with the stalls and many gazebos for protection from the elements. All the stalls were manned by helpful villagers and a line dancing display was a popular attraction. A successful day was due to everyone who contributed towards organisation, stalls and prizes and to the 15 local businesses who supported the event with donations. In spite of attendance down on last year, now that the accounts are completed, a total of £2010.81 was raised for St Michael's Church funds.
