Hereford United steamrollered Bromyard Town 12-0 at Delahay Meadow last night.
The Nationwide Conference side arrived as part of the official opening ceremony of the new Cyril Bouston Stand but with the formalities finished the Bulls displayed a ruthless touch in front of goal.
United were one up after just two minutes through new signing Andrew Tretton and doubled the lead a minute later when John Grant finished off a Paul Parry cross.
On 18 minutes Tretton grabbed a second and three minutes later it was four through another new signing Rob Sawyers.
Rob Purdie unleashed a shot from twelve yards to make it 5-0 and six minutes before the break, Hereford made it six goals through a Grant header.
Grant completed his hat-trick on 53 minutes when he cut in from the left and unleashed a low drive from the edge of the box to make it seven goals without reply.
Substitute Steve Guinan rounded the 'keeper for number eight and Jamie Pitman made it 9-0 with a shot from the right edge of home penalty area.
With twelve minutes left, Danny Williams put the Bulls into double figures and two minutes later Parry made it 11-0 before Guinan added number 12.
Graham Turner's men visit Evesham United tomorrow (3pm) in their last pre-season friendly before next week's Nationwide Conference opener with Farnborough Town.
