I WAS delighted to read of Herefordshire DIAL and its association with Workmatch as ABLE: access, benefits, leisure, employment.

In congratulating all concerned in the newest development of a long-standing county charity, I would like to draw attention to the commitment and unstinting hard work generously given by so many over the years. Many have benefited.

It is sad that, with less money available, DIAL had to streamline its workforce with the loss of some much valued persons. Their contribution to DIAL, and to the formation of ABLE needs to be acknowledged. I write with high hopes and good wishes for the future of ABLE that it continues to flourish, providing a personal and individual service to the community.
