MUSIC lovers have the chance to listen to a special open-air concert and help the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association when the Herefordshire Symphonic Wind Band plays at Hinton Hall, Peterchurch, on Saturday, July 19.
The performance is part of A Musical Picnic and anyone wishing to attend is encouraged to bring food as part of the event in the Golden Valley gardens.
The gates will open at 6.30pm and the 40-member band will start their varied programme at 7.30pm. Tickets for the event cost £6 (£5 for senior citizens) and are available from the Outback Music Shop, Church Street, Hereford, and Orchard Hive and Vine in Leominster.
