TWO buildings in Bromyard's High Street are to be sold as investment properties by auctioneers Allsop & Co.
Both are being sold by separate vendors in what seems to be coincidental timing as part of one of around six or seven auctions held every year by the London-based auctioneers.
Allsop & Co partner Duncan Moir said: "It's an accidental quirk that we have ended up with two in properties being sold in Bromyard in October. At that auction we will be selling about 280 properties throughout the whole of the UK which is about the normal size for October. "
Both properties are rented out, 22 High Street to the Taste of India and 4 High Street to the tenants of a shop and four flats. All their leases will stand, their rents contributing to the investment factor in sales which are expected to reach around £110,000 and £220,000 respectively.
The sale will be in London on October 16 and 17.
