Hereford United Director of Football Graham Turner could take advantage of a free weekend to spy on their FA Umbro Trophy quarter-final opponents Burton Albion.
The Dr Martens League Premier Division leaders, who visit Edgar Street for a Sky-televised match next Saturday (12 noon), are at Worcester City tomorrow and the Bulls will be taking careful note of the dangers posed by Nigel Clough's side.
Turner said: "I don't know who will go but we will certainly have them watched tomorrow."
Hereford were scheduled to play Doncaster Rovers at home tomorrow, but the game was brought forward to December after both teams made an early exit from the FA Cup.
Doncaster won 1-0 to inflict the Bulls' only home league defeat of the season so far.
United return to Nationwide Conference action at home to Woking on Tuesday (7.45), when it is possible that skipper Ian Wright and winger Paul Parry could return to action after injury.
The Trophy game means next Saturday's trip to title-chasing Yeovil Town has been postponed. No new date has been set.
