THERE will be no FA Cup slip-ups for Hereford United this year -- says star striker Paul Fewings.
United will be overwhelming favourites to see off Burgess Hill Town in tomorrow's fourth qualifying round tie at Edgar Street (3.00).
But last year's shock exit at home to Newport (Isle of Wight) remains too fresh in the minds of most United players.
Fewings, United's top scorer with eight goals this season, said: "We approach each game professionally and we will not take them for granted -- we will go out as if it was a Conference match.
"Our forward play has been quite good in recent weeks but we are not going to go out there and think that the game is already won.
"Whether we win 1-0 or 5-0 we won't be too worried."
Fewings also realises the financial importance of beating their Sussex County League opponents. "We are struggling for money a little bit so maybe a little cup run will do us a lot of good."
United go into the tie without both full-backs, with Matt Clarke and Paul Sturgess both serving one-match suspensions.
Chris Lane comes into the reckoning on the right, despite having been put on the transfer list this week.
Director of Football Graham Turner said: "He hasn't been able to gain a regular first-team place because of the form of Matt Clarke, so we have agreed to circulate clubs and see what comes in. But the move has to suit this club and the player."
Ian Rodgerson may drop back to fill the other berth, although James Wall can also play there.
Turner said of the tie: "We know the pitfalls only too well, having experienced it last year against Newport.
"We have done our homework -- we shall be making sure we focus our attention on the game, and we shall take nothing for granted."

FORMCAST: No slip-ups this time for the Bulls, who should win 3-0.
