Eastnor became the first winners of the HCB Eric Jenkins Memorial Cup with a convincing seven wicket victory over WCL Division One champions Kington in this re-arranged match.

Electing to field Eastnor started well as Shahid and Naeem claimed three wickets in four overs with only eight runs on the board. O Price (13) and R Price (23) mustered a 28 run stand before skipper Jim Sandford claimed five wickets for 13 runs in six overs to send the visitors back to the changing rooms on a meagre total of 63 in just 20 overs.
Kevin Gwynne (3-18) was the only Kington wicket taker as Shahid (28) led the way for victory.
An unbeaten 11 from Jabran, together with Steve Hughes took Eastnor home in the 14th over.
