YOUNGSTERS in Bromesberrow, are taking full advantage of the village's new nursery school.
The nursery, which opened in the primary school at the start of the new term, is held three times a week.
Primary school head Chris Malone said it would enable children to get used to the school environment and grounds even before they are of school age.
"We have had a carpet put down in the main hall and that's where the nursery is held," she said.
It meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9am to 11.30am. Children aged from two years nine months up to school joining age are eligible.
There is also a toddlers' group, which meets on Tuesdays, for children too young for the nursery.
Information about both groups can be found by consulting another innovation - the school's website at www.bromesberrow.ik.org
