Kington Town 1 Causeway 1
KINGTON created sufficient chances to win the West Midlands League Premier Division match but had to settle for a point after conceding a late equaliser.
The home team started confidently, in spite of their recent spluttering form. It came as no surprise when Carl Morgan gave them the lead with a well-taken goal.
They would have been in total control but for Morgan wasting another clear-cut chance and the Causeway goalkeeper bringing off a spectacular save to keep out Roy Jordan's fierce drive.
The visitors enjoyed more possession during the second half but did not make much headway until the last 10 minutes.
These proved to be eventful for the home team who not only conceded an equaliser from a toe-poke during a goalmouth scramble, but also ended up with nine men after suffering two dismissals, one either side of the goal.
Midfielders, John Jenkins and Daniel Moon were both shown the red card for second bookable offences.
