FORMER Hereford United boss Colin Addison, who had two spells at Edgar Street, has returned to management after the landing the hot seat at Third Division outfit Swansea City.
Addison, who has lived in Hereford for 30 years, was installed at The Vetch with Barry Town's Peter Nicholas as his assistant after John Hollins left the Welsh club.
Addison left his role with Nationwide Conference outfit Yeovil in the summer after the Glovers narrowly missed out on promotion.
He said: "It has all happened very quickly but it's nice to be back in the Football League. I was invited to take over and it was as simple as that."
Addison added: "I have been at Swansea many times as a player and manager, and it's a big club with big traditions and tremendous potential. It was not long ago that they went all the way to Division 1 with John Toshack."
