NEIGHBOURHOOD 'Watchers' from around Herefordshire were due to gather for their annual general meeting last night (Thursday) at Hereford Shire Hall.
They were to be addressed by chief superintendent Guy Rutter and chief inspector Anthony Bangham of Hereford Police.
Among items on the agenda were Datalink systems, websites and links with local police.
