An open morning for people to browse the club and its facilities is planned for Sunday from 10.30am.
Fund-raising organiser Larry Noble praised sports club chairman Tim Block for his efforts in making the new venture possible.
The clubhouse, which is yet to be fully furnished, includes four changing rooms, a lift, skittles alley, kitchen, balcony, built-on scorebox and a bar.
Rugby, cricket, rounders, table-tennis, skittles, pool, darts and petanques are among the sports played at the club.
