Kington won their last match of the season to take Nash Rocks League title for the first time. They beat Weobley in a top of the table clash winning five rinks out of the six rinks played.
Weobley's challenge for the title faltered when they lost their last three matches and are now third behind Leominster who are currently lying in the runners-up spot.
Results: Brimfield 99 Weobley 58; Kington 140 Kingsland 83; Brimfield 106 Wiggin Three Elms 63.
Herefordshire County Bowling Association came out on top in the annual Three Counties Bowling Festival at Leominster and Kingsland Bowling Club.
Herefordshire won on four rinks and lost on two and, although Worcestershire had the same result, the home county had a superior shots difference.
