FLUSHING drug-takers out of a Hereford toilet means seeing their illegal activity in a new light.
Special fluorescent lighting in a shade that doesn't show veins has been installed at the disabled lavatories in East Street, a block where needles, swabs and blood are frequently found.
If the scheme proves successful, it will be expanded to other toilets across the city.
