AN intrepid explorer is returning to his childhood home to talk about his 'life of adventure'.
Col John Blashford-Snell OBE, whose father was vicar of Holy Trinity Church, in Hereford, has undertaken more than 60 expeditions, including Operation Drake and Operation Raleigh.
He will talk about these at the Royal National College for the Blind, Hereford, on June 16 .
The event, 'A Life of Adventure', is in aid of Riding for the Disabled Association, Holme Lacy Centre.
