CHURCH NEWS - After the annual parochial church meeting, parishioners joined to bid farewell to Tim Alban-Jones. A presentation of a lovely photo graph of the church was taken and framed by Derek Martyn, and given to Mr Alban-Jones, together with a cheque. The Palm Sunday service was his last in the area. Jean Parsons and Annabelle led the congregation. Next Sunday's service will consist of holy communion at 8am.

BOWLING - The summer session of short mat bowling will continue on May 30. Newcomers are sure of a warm welcome.
