JULIAN Greenway and Joyce Kenyon were top of the pile for Hereford Swimming and Water Polo Club in the Masters Middle Distance District Championships at Mill-field School.
The duo headed an eight-medal haul, as Greenway, fresh from competing in the London Marathon, struck gold in the 200m individual medley and claimed bronze in the 200m and 400m freestyle events.
Kenyon gained victory in the 200m freestyle, plus silver in the 200m breaststroke.
The medals were completed by David Watkins, with silver in the 200m freestyle and bronze in the 200m individual medley, and Norman Fincham's bronze in the 200m breaststroke.
In the District Champion-ships, also at Millfield, Jo Greensmith was the best performer for Hereford, as she took silver in the 100m butterfly with a personal best and national qualifying time of 1min 11.1secs.
