HEREFORDSHIRE Live, a five-day festival of live music, is coming to the county over this Bank Holiday weekend.
And there promises to be something for all musical tastes with more than 30 live events taking place in the city alone.
As well as enjoying the music that others are playing, there will be a chance to have a go yourself, too, with £500 on offer in cash prizes in a buskers contest in High Town, Hereford.
But if you're not overflowing with musical talent, don't despair as there's a chance for non-musicians to get involved as well.
On Monday there will be a grand carnival parade providing the culmination of a three-day carnival workshop which will be held by the Carnival Arts in Hereford Cathedral School's Zimmerman Building.
But the music's the thing and so if your personal choice is anything from Cuban Salsa, through soul, blues and funk to organ music played in Hereford Cathedral by its organist Dr Roy Massey, then there's something on offer for you.
