JIM Bassett drove his Sark S3H racing car to share the lead in the Power-Mec Leaders Championship at Prescott speed hill climb on Sunday.
The Stoke Prior engineer followed his Easter Monday success at Loton Park with another victory in the 1600cc racing car class. Bassett stopped the clocks at 42.19 secs on the testing Gloucestershire track.
Scott Moran, from Orleton, won the 2000cc production car class with a climb of 47.61 secs over the 1,127-yard dash.
Yarkhill driver Deryk Young powered his Pilbeam MP58 to times of 39.12 and 39.18 to take third and fourth places in the British Championship run-offs.
And Orleton-based Roger Moran netted fourth and sixth in his new Atol-Judd T95 with runs in 39.45 and 39.42 secs.
