Pegasus Juniors 1 Carterton Town 0
PEGASUS completed their fixtures in the Premier Division of the Complete Music Hellenic League with victory at Rotherwas.
The city side avenged defeat earlier in the season and rode their luck in the first half when James Mortimorer-Jones deceived keeper Kingsley Morris but watched the ball rebound off the inside of the far post.
The game was heading for stalemate before a double substitution from the home side paid dividends.
Daniel Moon crossed to Leigh Harris, who headed into the path of Scott Jackson and the substitute crashed in the winner with his first touch.
The result leaves Pegasus 10th, one position outside the qualifying positions for next season's FA Cup, although they can be overtaken by chasing sides with games in hand.
Pegasus also claimed victory by a solitary goal at Gloucester City in the Midland Floodlit Youth League Ray Mercer Trophy.
After the visitors had an effort disallowed, Ben Chambers headed home the only goal of the game and Pegasus now travel Alvechurch in the quarter-finals of the competition.
