The Coliseum Film Centre, Brecon, is showing Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox in 'Scream 3 for seven days from Friday. Also showing is the latest Ridley Scott 'sand-and-sword' epic, 'Gladiator'. Coming up on May 21 is a chance to see the UK premiere of Ben Hopkins' directorial debut 'Simon Magus', shot in and around Brecon. The Coliseum Film Centre is closed on Mondays.
The Courtyard Centre for the Arts is showing a remarkable performance by Tom Cruise in 'Magnolia', described as part soap, part comedy, part epic, from May 15-18.
Wyeside Arts Centre in Builth Wells is screening 'Magnolia' tonight, which stars John C Reilly, Tom Cruise, Julianne Moore and Philip Seymour. On May 12, 13 and 14, the horror-comedy 'Lake Placid', starring Bill Pullman and Bridget Fonda will be shown with Ralph Fiennes and Julieanne Moore featuring in the BAFTA-nominated 'The End of the Affair' on May 15, 16, 17 and 18. There's also a final opportunity, on May 13 and 14, to see the animated feature 'Toy Story 2'.
Malvern Theatres are showing Erin Brockovitch tonight and then Kristin Scott Thomas, Derek Jacobi, James Fox and Sean Penn in 'Up At The Villa' from tomorrow until May 18.
