A HEALTH food shop which has operated in Church Street, Hereford, for more than 25 years recently played host to a BBC1 daytime programme team.
Customers looked on while Fodder owner Jonathan Seddon-Harvey gave advice on camera to fellow retailers Tina Rickards and John Beddowes, of the One Earth Shop, Birmingham, in the makeover-style programme.
Also on hand to give his tips to the visitors was Mind Your Own Business programme presenter and entrepreneur Theo Paphitis, who runs the Ryman la Senza and Figura lingerie chains.
Jonathan Seddon-Harvey said: ''We were delighted to be picked by the BBC as a centre of excellence and mentor to Tina and John.
"It was a fascinating and slightly unnerving experience to have TV cameras in the shop from 8am to 4.30 pm while still serving customers.''
He added: ''I found it particularly interesting to listen while Theo, an experienced and large-scale retailer, drew comparisons and made recommendations.''
