FOR the first time this season, the weather was the winner in the county's cricket programme.
The rain which arrived on Saturday morning wiped out the entire league programme for the day with not a ball bowled in any of the Crusader Worcestershire County League matches involving Herefordshire sides.
It was also a complete blank in the Flint & Cook Marches League with none of the matches scheduled across the six divisions even getting underway.
