MOTORCYCLE enthusiasts can enjoy a fun day out in Rhayader on Sunday when the Rhayader Motor Club stage their annual Simon Rees Memorial.

There will be a full line-up of solos, sidecars and quads taking part in a day of racing over the spectacular motocross course that includes the infamous 65ft table-top jump as well as nearby fields making a lap of approximately three miles.

Racing gets underway at 11am and will finish soon after 2pm with the aim of the event being to complete as many laps of the course in the three-hour duration.

The event takes place at Cwmythig Hill which will be well sign-posted from Rhayader and there is no admission or car-parking charge.
