A Leominster rider has achieved triple show jumping success at the Championships of Great Britain.
Jodene Tarling, aged 21, carried off the 3 ft prize at the competition at Crick, near Chepstow, riding a locally-bred ex-racehorse Mandy last Sunday.
The championships, for which Tarling and Mandy qualified at the Gracelands Equestrian Centre, near Droitwich, in April, extended over two days and the pair had also collected the 2 ft 9 ins title last Saturday.
This double success turned to triple when the overall championship winner was announced on the Sunday with the Leominster duo taking top spot.
It was not the first success that the pairing have achieved this year as they also clinched a top prize at the Trailblazers Championships at Stone-leigh Park in Warwick-shire where Mandy was crowned best racehorse.
