Hereford Rowing Club club captain Serena Crump again produced two excellent performances on the Thames at the Henley Town and Visitors Regatta.
After narrowly losing the final of the senior one single sculls by less than two feet, Crump was joined by Sharon Colley in the double sculls.
A quick start saw the Hereford double go straight into the lead which they built upon down the whole length of the 1,000-metre upstream course. The final result was an impressive two-length victory.
After a strong start, the men's senior one coxless four of Ollie Partridge, Andrew Moxon, Les Morris and Christian Jones finished second in the final.
Rowing in a higher status, Alex Look was unfortunate not to make the final of the senior three sculls.
At halfway, Look was more than a length behind her Marlow opposition, but after a powerful last few 100 metres the one-foot verdict went to the Marlow sculler and eventual event winner.
Lucy Edwards and Juliet Simpson led the field in the women's senior three double sculls after 300 metres but the poor conditions favoured their more experienced and larger opposition.
The double finished a creditable third.
