Sunshine and good music greeted visitors to Newent Lake for a concert on Sunday afternoon.
More than 100 people brought along picnics and chairs to enjoy the sounds of Pillowell Silver Band.
The event was the penultimate in a series of concerts held each month throughout the summer, organised by the Newent Initiative.
"The concerts have been a great success and very much appreciated by people," said Newent mayor Fred Passant.
"Sunday's concert was a really nice event, that attracted a lot of people and luckily it didn't rain."
The Gloucester Brass Band will round off the concert programme on Sunday, September 11. The concert starts at 2.30pm.
