LEDBURY Rugby Club have been busy making plans to improve the playing standards for next season.
One of their early objectives is to appoint a remunerated director of rugby, who will be responsible for all aspects of senior rugby.
The club say they need to build a management team for the playing sector to address player recruitment, support the coaching scheme, establish bonds between the various teams in the club and most importantly develop the juniors moving up into the senior section.
