NOT for the first time this season, the hardy members of Ledbury Bowls Club braved the rain on Saturday to play their home fixture against Kingsland.
The Bank Crescent side won on three of the five rinks to record a 102-72 victory.
Winning skips were Rob Jaynes (28-14), Bob Alford (25-9) and Eileen Maddox (23-14).
On Tuesday, Ledbury defeated visiting Bromyard 104-59, led home by captain Tony Loveridge with a 34-4 rink success.
