POTENTIAL entrepreneurs in Herefordshire may never have a better chance to turn their dreams into reality than with the launch of the next generation of Mustard.uk.com.
The high-growth business support initiative has entered its fifth year with the best combination of private and public sector expertise so far and is already promising to build on the 2,000 enterprises that have already been assisted.
"The programme has long been recognised as a best practice model for the UK and this reputation is only going to get better with the launch of pre-start workshops, an even wider selection of approved consultants and access to finance," said Business Link West Mercia's John Loach.
He added: "We've got about 50 places available this year and these are open to people who have the drive, commitment and vision needed to start a business, whether that be manufacturing, service, technology or even leisure related."
Mustard.uk.com, which has helped contribute £680 million to the West Midlands economy, provides a client mentoring service from the outset and support from a small army of private consultants.
It is also working closely with Investment Readiness (IR) to provide a service that prepares fast growing businesses for raising and attracting finance.
