THIS long-standing early season under-18 representative fixture ended goalless for the first time ever.
Liam Jones and Jason Evans had the best chances for Herefordshire in a first half which was mostly confined to midfield. James Lester in the Herefordshire goal made a couple of excellent saves at the start of the second period but the visitors finished strongly with Evans, Jones and Lou Catley all going close.
