CRAIG Stanley has left Hereford United after failing to agree new terms following their promotion to League Two.
The former Walsall midfielder, linked with Exeter City recently, heads off after two seasons at Edgar Street.
Stanley, 23, played 94 games for the Bulls, helping them win the Conference play-offs last season.
Youngster Sam Gwynne has penned a new one-year contract at Hereford but key defender and skipper Tamika Mkandawire is still to sign.
The next week is likely to bring a flood of new arrivals with the players due back for pre-season training on Thursday.
