THANK YOU - Thanks go to all who supported the coffee morning for Christian Aid, and also the rounders tournament for church funds. Both were hugely successful and each raised in excess of £200.

PARISH MAGAZINE - The previous date for collating the parish magazine has had to be changed and is now 2pm, at Westside (Betty Manning’s home) on Thursday, July 1.

MEETING - There is to be a fund-raising committee meeting on Friday, July 2, at The Hill Farm, 7.30pm. The present economic climate means we need everyone to attend.

CHURCH - On Sunday, July 11, at 11.20am there will be a Taize-style service.

Please bring a candle.

HISTORY WALK - There will be a history walk and talk at The Hill Farm.

This is a chance to find out about the medieval past, visiting the partly restored fish pools and the baptismal pond to learn about the Herefordshire pioneers. History displays and a wet weather alternative will be available.

Children must be accompanied and there is no charge, but donations will be received by Castle Frome Church for refreshments which will be served afterwards. Meet at The Hill Farm 1.45pm for a 2pm, start. The walk will take around 60-90 minutes and will involve some uphill stretches. Bring suitable footwear and clothing.
