PRODUCE MARKET - Held at Skenfrith Village Hall from 10am to 1pm. On December 11, there will be a special Christmas produce market including poultry, trees, food, wine and cider with mulled wine, mince pies and carol singers with an outdoor craft market selling gifts and Christmas presents.

LLANGATTOCK PLOUGHING SOCIETY - There is a promise auction at Llanarth Village Hall today (Thursday) at 7.30pm to raise funds for the 2011 All Wales Ploughing and Hedging Championships at Shire Newton.
Promises include clay pigeon shooting training, seasoned oak firewood, lunch and dinners at local pubs plus many more. Entry is £3 including refreshments and a buyer number.
SUPPER CLUB - Skenfrith Village Hall is holding an Italian supper night with music, entertainment, fun and food with an Italian theme on November 26.
