Children at Burghill Community Primary School had a visit from Hazel Mwawembe from Malawi.
Hazel came to talk to the children about what Concern Universal is doing for the people of her country to help them improve their lives.
The children are already very involved in the charity’s work but this was an opportunity to look at the composting and planting methods the people of Malawi are using and for the children to realise the similarities with what they are doing at Burghill.
Hazel was given a tour of the school and shown the composting methods used and some of the crops grown.
