FLICKS IN THE STICKS - The season concludes tomorrow (Friday) in the village hall with Morris: A Life With Bells On (certificate 12A). The film takes a very offbeat and affectionate view of a folk-dancing tradition that is under threat of disappearing. Don’t be put off if you don’t like Morris dancing as this film is great fun whether or not you’re a fan.
Doors open at 7pm, with the film starting at 7.30pm. Bar and refreshments available before the film and at about the halfway point. Tickets £3.50. All enquiries to 01432 840421. Films return in September.
