St Weonards Flower and Craft Festival will be held in St Weonards Church from 10am - 5pm on June 18 and 19.There will be a display of wedding gowns and christening robes as well as floral arrangements.
A quarter peal attempt will begin 10am on Saturday to mark the opening of the festival. The church tower will be open for tours and ringing.
There will be fete stalls in the churchyard including cakes, tombola, children’s games and refreshments will be available throughout the weekend.
The village hall is the setting for a variety of local craft exhibits, demonstrations and sales including pottery, glass craft, beadwork, embroidery, photography and stick weaving.
A concert on Saturday evening at 7pm features The Cantilena Duo, Kingstone High School Chamber Choir and other artists. Tickets £6 available from the village shop, Broad Oak Garage and Gillie Hallewell on 01981 580203.
Songs of praise will end of the festival at 6pm on Sunday.
