LEDBURY’S very own Dave Crowe, aka Larynx, returns from his new home in Sweden this weekend to wow the crowds at Hereford’s Jailhouse with his duo Heymoonshaker.
Larynx last hit the Herefordshire headlines when he was a finalist in the Vauxhall UK Beatboxing Championships in April and has since been followed round Europe by a documentary film crew.
Fans of The Anomalies will also remember that Crowe was the band’s beatboxer before leaving Herefordshire to travel Europe. He met his band mate, Andy BaLcon, in New Zealand and the two have been touring together throughout the summer.
The club will also welcome local trio Jeaga, a classic rock band which cites influences including AC/DC, Jimmy Eat World and Bon Jovi. There’ll be DJ sets from Jailhouse residents.
Entry is £5. Strictly 18 or over and ID may be required. Open from 10pm to 3am.
