CHURCH - On behalf of St Cynllo’s Church members church secretary Olwen Bowen has thanked everyone for their donations to the church in memory of their loved ones during 2011.
TEA - An afternoon tea in Llanbister Community Hall raised £265.83 for the Llandrindod Wells support group of Cancer Research UK. At the event there was a good selection of cakes and good quality goods for sale, a plate of tea for all as well as a raffle with more than 20 prizes. Jeanne Hughes, one of the committee members of the Llandrindod Wells support group, thanked the women for organising the event and for raising so much money.
