BESTSELLING author Salley Vickers, whose first novel, Miss Garnet’s Angel, became an international bestseller, has worked as a teacher of literature and Jungian psychologist and has lectured widely on the subjects of literature, psychology, religion and art.
Her study of the finest writers forced her to set herself the highest standards when starting out as a writer herself.
This, together with her training as a psychologist, ensured her characters actions and motives were real, deeply understood, and beautifully described. Salley’s other works include Mr Golightly’s Holiday, The Other Side of You and Where Three Roads Meet.
Join Salley Vickers in an intimate discussion about her books and life, followed by a book signing and a chance to meet the author at Malvern Theatres next Thursday, March 29.
Tickets, from £9, are available from the box office on 01684 892277 or at malverntheatres.
