A Hereford man is preparing to pound the streets of Portsmouth in memory of his niece, who died from Cystic Fibrosis.
Richard Evans, 57, is running the Great South Run on october 22 to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. His niece, Lisa Morgan, died 10 years ago, aged just 24.
