THE £17 million plan to revamp Herefordshire's biggest business park falls under the spotlight on Monday.
Herefordshire Council's strategic monitoring committee, which oversees and questions cabinet decisions, will debate funding for the project - which includes plans for the Rotherwas Access Road.
Committee members are concerned at the rising costs of the project and how the council will cover an expected £8 million funding shortfall while guarding against inflation.
