A MAN who spent his life on the move has celebrated his 100th birthday.
Frederick Mason, born in Birmingham in 1906, celebrated his big day with family and friends.
During his long life he has always been involved in the transport industry. He has worked as a tram driver, then a bus driver and eventually became an inspector.
On his retirement he moved to Peterchurch with his wife Irene and in 1997 they moved to Dulas Court, where they celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.
