WI – Tonight (Thursday) Bosbury WI meets in the Parish Hall at 7.30pm. Resolutions for the WI conference will be discussed and the evening will round off with a quiz. Visitors will be most welcome.
MAY FAIR – On Saturday, Bosbury WI will be holding its May Fair, from 2pm-5pm, at the parish hall. There will be lots of stalls, plants, cakes and preserves, crafts and a tombola.
Cream teas will be served. A fairground organ will be part of the entertainment and children can enjoy a visit from a Shetland pony. A donation from the proceeds will be made to the Herefordshire Nursing Appeal.
FARMERS’ MARKET - Bosbury’s market continues to be a popular source of local produce.
New seasonal producers are welcome, space permitting, but pre-booking is essential.
The charge per stall is a reasonable £5 and the proceeds are in aid of Holy Trinity Church. For further details, call Rhinedd Krinks on 01531 640078 or Liz Clutterbuck on 640415. The next market will be on May 19, from 10.30am to noon, in the parish hall.
