JUBILEE - On Sunday there will be a jubilee lunch in Preston-on-Wye Village Hall with two courses for £10. Seating will be limited so book with Tracey or Dilys on 01981 500401. Everyone is invited to spend the evening at the village hall to enjoy the Jubilee celebrations. At 6pm there will be a barbecue using local sausages and burgers supplied by Emma’s Pigs and the bar will be open. At 7.45pm, back by popular demand, Chris the Guitar Man will be entertaining.
TENNIS - Members are reminded that club membership subs are now due. It’s only £15 for adults and £5 for under-16s and students, for unlimited use of the courts! Call membership secretary Andrew Rawstorne ASAP or email francisrst@hotmail.co.uk.

WALK AND BRUNCH - On June 10, meet at 10.30am at Preston-on-Wye Village Hall for coffee and a walk of about 1.5 miles of nottoo- strenuous terrain. Dogs on leads are very welcome. The walk is not compulsory! All proceeds will go to Greyhound Rescue West of England.
CARTRIDGE RECYCLING - There is a recycling collection point for printer laser and ink jet cartridges and also mobile phones at the village hall. Please make sure that they are in suitable protective packaging such as a plastic bag before placing in the box which is situated behind the stage in the hall. Or, leave them in the front porch at Well Cottage.
These will then be sent off to the Dogs Trust.
FETE AND CLASSIC VEHICLES - On July 7, Hereford Hospital Radio will again be in attendance along with all the usual stalls, games and catering. Rosie and Monty goat will be there too.
