APPLE PRESSING - Parishioners are invited to bring along their apples for pressing to Aymestrey Parish Hall on October 6. The pressed apples can either be kept as juice or made into cider – advice will be given on the day. Pressing starts at 10am and carries on until about 3pm. Just a few carrier bags of apples will make several litres of juice so don’t forget to bring containers to hold it.
Weather permitting, a barbecue is planned.
