GILBERT AND SULLIVAN SOCIETY - On Saturday at 7.30pm, under the musical director Alan Durman, the society will present a jubilee concert. An evening of songs from the shows with a patriotic flavour will end with a Last Night of the Proms finale, including Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory. Flags will be available for waving, as will song sheets so that the audience can join in. Doors will open at 7pm. Tickets at £10 are available from Enid on 01981 550683 or on the door. There will be a bar.
All profits from the evening will be for St Peter's Church and Centre.
