A DEVELOPER has started to sell homes at a brand-new 210-home estate in Herefordshire.
From Saturday, developer David Wilson Homes started to sell homes at The Orchards – the new development in Hildersley, Ross-on-Wye which is yet to be built.
The new community will consist of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in a variety of house styles – including what the housebuilder said are its signature Holden and Avondale-style homes.
Surrounded by open fields and a short distance from the river Wye, The Orchards is also near scenic walks and beautiful views, developers said.
It also excellent links to the towns of Hereford and Gloucester thanks to the A40 and A49.
