A GYM has closed in Hereford - but the coffee shop and events will carry on site.
HR4K, based on Thorn Business Park in Rotherwas, describes itself as a 'community focused brand' whose mission is 'to bring good people together'.
Founded by former SAS 22 operator Ben Garwood, the company serves its own blend of coffee, as well as collaborating with local businesses, organisations, and charities. One of the events that it hosted was a Comic Con, which last year attracted hundreds of people.

Kyle Dovey took over the business last September, and as well as running the coffee shop and events side, also provided a gym. And it's running a gym that Mr Dovey is most passionate about, with the coach due to take over the Funktional site off Holmer Road by the end of the month.
"HR4K will be keeping the coffee shop and unit and I think the guy that use to own it will be doing his own t-shirt printing," he said.

Mr Dovey said that the prospect of Greggs arriving in the area had prompted his decision to move on, and is looking forward to his new venture.
"There was an opportunity coming up to take on a gym so I decided to go for it, and I will be taking over on March 31," he said.
Funktional, based near the Co-Op petrol station, has been run by Thomas Powell. However, Mr Dovey is in the process of changing the name to Apex Functional Fintess, with a new sign set to be installed.
"It needs a bit of decorating in there," said Mr Dovey.

"It'll just be me and one other personal trainer. We'll try and take on all of my members over and some of Tommy's guys will stay on.
"It's not a mainstream gym - it is a functional one. We want to attract new members aged 16 and over and anyone with any ability can come along.
"They will be able to sign up online and we will post the link to our Instagram and Facebook pages."
